My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service, the speed of the service and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had our car checked over for winter including; an oil change and tire change and could not be happier with the service!. we highly recommend D & R Kitchener.

I called in to get a new Muffler for my 2017 Outback. They not only gave me a great price but they got it done within 3-4 hours!! Rick was very friendly and provided an honest and clear quote BEFORE the work was done which I really liked. And....something I have never been offered before, a complementary car to use while mine was being repaired. WOW!!!

Had an emergency on a Wednesday and needed to get my car in ASAP. Rick was nice enough to look and do all the work on Thursday. He even patched up one or two things on the exhaust at no charge. What a great experience. Thanks Rick! Updated: KIA told me I needed to get my steering rack fixed and that the first would be $3000... Plus $1000 for service. Rick, got a used part with a 3 year warranty. Installed with a new light for $1500. A hundred bucks cheaper than his quote! Rick and his team are awesome!

I have found that Rick and the crew have always done a great job of maintaining my car and not making me spend extra on unnecessary repairs. If they see that something is getting unsafe or at the end of its life, Rick will warn me to schedule it in, rather then pressure me on the spot. I have been dealing with them for several years and 2 different vehicles and I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my car :)
