When we began the journey of finding a wedding coordinator I imagined the relationship between us (my fiance and I) and our coordinator to be strictly business, which worried me. However, once we met with Afzia and I felt the warmth and kindness she exudes I knew that our wedding was going to be perfect! She took the time to listen to our wants and needs, and then she helped us bring those things to life. Afzia was our month of coordinator and she did an incredible job. She was very attentive, caring, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Her friendly and warm demeanour put us at ease. She made sure our wedding day ran smoothly and we could not thank her enough. She kept us on track in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She worked with us closely to prepare a detailed itinerary, tied up any loose ends in our wedding planning process, was present for our rehearsal, communicated well with all our vendors and was always available to answer any of our questions. On our wedding day she placed all the table centrepieces, place setting cards and table numbers, organized the cupcakes, picked up my second dress that I forgot to take to the venue, made sure our ceremony and reception ran smoothly and on time, and put away all the decor in boxes at the end of the night. She was very present for all our vendors, wedding party and family members. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was stress free. My husband and I had such a fun time at our wedding. I highly recommend Afzia’s wedding services. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
