ordered parts they said they have needed payment before shipping and only accepts e transfer had to call 3 times just to get them to send information. paid in full and 2 weeks later called to find out when they will ship . told me that they checked parts found out no good so will refund my money . they never let me know were happy to say nothing and just keep my money. has been 5 weeks later and still no refund for parts they didn't have they told me they sent a check . requested a call from someone who could fix this still nothing . this is fraud scamming you out of money be very a where that this is there business practices .
Wish they had an online inventory! Luckily I was in Kitchener so it worked out. I will say, walking in and trying to ask a questions about the availability of certain parts (that they didn't end up having) was very awkward as all the men at the computers just stared at me with no one saying they could help me out. Never used their towing services but the drivers seem nice as I met a couple on my way into the office. Having an online inventory database I think would drastically improve things.
If I could leave a lower grade i would. What a joke of a business...ordered a axle ..said it would be out in 4 days. Waited..no axle out ..gave another week time and still no axle out. If they like running a business that way ok but I dont. My customer is fuming..dont use these guys unless you want to look stupid
Actually shocked at the attitude and level of disinterest of the girl I was talking to on the phone today. I called to ask about scrapping my car because I’ve never done it before and was hoping for some information. I got one word answers, bored “I don’t want to talk to you” tone, and she just wouldn’t answer questions. Not to mention the insane amount of sighing IF she answered me. I get that maybe this is basic stuff for you, but it isn’t for everyone. Just the rudest phone exchange I have ever experienced. Wow.

I have a bad experience their service. I called part, I need for my car they said its available. When i reached after three hours drive. They try to sell different parts, when i demand same part i need we talk over the phone they said the one is not good buy this one if the one is not good why you ask before i travel three hours drive to your shop. DO NOT TRUST THEY ARE BIG LIAR DON,T BUY FROM THEM.
