I went there for new led headlights, one of the the employee gave me H7 led which was the correct part but unfortunately they didn’t fit to my vehicle, So I went there again to return the part after 3 days and ask for the return and they accepted it and processed my return. Overall my experience wasn’t bad All employees was friendly and helpful, My car have different size of headlights, so led light it little bit extra space, But I find the place really helpful. They just checked the part wasn’t damaged and processed my return, I will be a return customer at this place in future.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable was very confident in making my purchase I required the product quickly and transfer and shipping to the store for pickup was done very promptly
Drove an hour to this location to make a large purchase for my truck only to find they were closed on the long weekend. Good thing Amazon is 24/7. Found what I needed online instead!
I was referred here to obtain a stone guard for my new to me 2024 Durango. What a wonderfully easy task this was!!! Sean simply noted the year/ model of my truck, found the needed item was in stock and installation was booked for two mornings later. I wasn't there more than 15min and the work was done! I'd expected to be there much longer as I'd planned my day accordingly and when I said as much was told I could sit in the customer lounge as long as I wished...so I did ? Fabulous clean store, great folks working and my Durango looks fabulous with the new stone guard! I will be back to learn what other items I can obtain to keep her looking her best inside and out!
The guys at action are fantastic. Prices are the same! I went in to the Kitchener location to purchase wind guards for my Ram. Drove back to Cambridge to install and quickly realized I said crew cab instead of extended. Called the store, and within a blink of an eye they had me sorted out quickly and easily…..without any jabs on my mistake. Thanks Action Car and Truck Kitchener, I’ll be a repeat customer
Super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. It was fun to go through all of the various wheels and tires options. Huge wheel selection and probably the best price for tires compared to others in the KW area. I wish I took my Jeep here to do the Rough Country 2.5" lift, didn't realize at the time they did this type of work too though.
Product was on the website but not in store and employee argued it wasn't without even checking. Don't need this , always had good service at Chemical Guys, going to have to go there now . I had used this same glass cleaner for years [before Chem. Guys] and just wanted that.
