Don't ever order anything from this company. They charged my card and don't know where my order went. No phone number to contact any customer service. Only emails address to complain and they said we don't have any updates for you. It's a fraud. 2 weeks past no help no updates. And my money is gone
My daughter received a toy that was purchased from mastermind toys kitchener location upon opening the toy we found it was defective. We took it back to the store to get an exchange for one that is working. The staff had mentioned they had a bad batch of this particular toy however would not exchange it for us stating without a receipt they couldn't. Now we have a useless vtech diary that wont even open. Firstly, if they knew they had a bad batch of this, mastermind should have checked and removed them instead of selling this unusable item. I have one disappointed daughter! What a scam this place is.
My family and I just were shopping for my daughter's birthday and Aleena one of the staff was amazing to deal with and so kind she helped my son pick out wrapping paper for his sisters present. We will defenitly be shopping here in the future after we had such a great experience.
We like to shop here. They always have good quality and interesting toys, books, activity games, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Special "Thanks" to Drew and Zoe for locating spare parts for our multi-game-table (Air Hockey Puck). We really apprciate to customer service and shopping expierence.
Very disappointed in this store and the experience. I placed an online order for pickup from the Kitchener location during the Black Friday sale. I received an email advising me that my entire order was cancelled with no explanation provided as to why. I reached out to the customer service live chat and did not receive a response.
I would give them 0 stars if there was one. We went there on the weekend to spend a gift card that my daughter got for her birthday but they said it is expired because they transferred the company or whatever excuse they have. This is stealing. No expire date was on the card. The most thing annoying was that my daughter felt so sad that she couldn’t use her gift card. Very bad experience will make me not return back there ever.
Mastermind Toys has everything you could possibly want. It’s hard to believe, but this store offers every type of toy imaginable. I even found a wagon here for my three daughters. As an adult, being in this place makes me feel like a kid again.
