I have been using GMP a few years now for my baseball shirts and every time I've had tight deadlines and odd request Gus and his team have over delivered everytime. his prices have always been very reasonable I had a quote from his competition last you and he was 600 dollers cheaper for a comparable product. I 100%wil continue to use GMP for all my projects in the future.
I called the store recently for a quote to get a jersey customized and the guy who answered the phone could not have been more rude. Learn a thing or two about customer service. Will gladly take my business elsewhere!!
GMP did a amazing job on my jerseys I wanted customized, everything was perfect. Top quality and the prices really impressed me. It only took about a week, compared to other places I've been to GMP were very fast and accurate on their dates. I would highly recommend and I will be there soon again I'm sure

I totally ordered 13 pieces (10 tote bags and 3 shirts). You don't even know what my order is....:( But it still doesn't mean you can ignore a customer. I'm deeply disappointed with this company. I and my husband ordered many times years ago for our companies different products. We were so satisfied. Last time when I placed an order, it was in October, 2023. I am still waiting for my order. They didn't get back to me for months, then I got a promise I will be the next.... That was few months ago. I sent many emails, no answer. I have a small business and I guess I will be always the last one who gets the order because my order is small compare with others. Forget my order, thank you...
