Great mall with many stores! Probably one of the least busy good malls in Toronto! Definitely my favourite place to shop!
One of the best shopping malls in SW Ontario. Always clean, very little to no vacancies, large variety of stores and shops. Large and spacious corridors with lots of benches and seating throughout. Parking lot is very large and most times easy to find a parking spot ... well except for Christmas shopping at times. Location is easy accessed from highway or main roads of Kitchener.
5here are some good stores in here. The Bay at this mall isn't very good. Better off to go to the mall in Waterloo really. This mall even though it went through a renovation some years ago, is still VERY dated. There are several sections that really need to be taken down and rebuilt. I'm talking to you vacant SEARS. Why does the empty SEARS smell of urine? This mall used to be the ONE in KW. That claim can be made easily by Conestoga Mall these days.
They've really put a lot of work into making the mall look great recently. Haven't spent a lot of time here except as a transit hub, but the Food Court area definitely is the busiest.
Nice and clean shopping center in the midst of some transitions. It would be ideal if the food court had more seating though. Stores are trending to younger customers which makes it difficult to shop for older people in terms of selection. Many options for cell phone stores and kiosks which allows you to shop around. Overall, a pleasant atmosphere and easy access to parking.
