Came in to purchase a new sewing machine and was so impressed with the customer service. Sonya understood what I was looking for, showed me some options, answered all my questions, gave a helpful demonstration of how to thread the machine, and even offered to schedule an appointment in the future if I needed additional assistance. Would absolutely recommend!
Went there for the first time today by chance after getting my flu shot and I’m glad I did. The store has enough space for me to manage around in my wheelchair, all the older machine models are so cool to have on display and I was able to get the exact product I was looking for on the first try (which was a shocker because my machine is from the 70’s and I was looking for a spare part). All and all, a very lovely store with the staff being very nice and helpful.
Expect to be profiled if you dont fit their expected archetypal customer. Jesus healed lepers without being snooty but unfortunately, for some people, answering a couple questions with a similar disposition is asking to much.
Good for them to have a class people want to take but having everyone wait for an email literally the day before opening then selling out within 15 minutes makes for a very poor experience and clearly shows they can't meet demand for the community. Not wasting my time here again.
Steve and the staff are very friendly with lots of knowledge to share. Very wide selection of machines so you get a hands on demo. Promise of long term training support is also appealing.
All the staff are so nice especially the lady, she so selflessly helped us fix our Kenmore sewing machine at no cost because she is said is not even an issue and also taught us how to go about it if it happens again. Thank you so much. Also they have lots of accessories for sewing and all kinds of sewing machines make sure to check them out.
My wife is looking for a new machine . Very helpful salesperson. Her machine is 30 years old, it's been repaired there many times. Always a good experience.
