This restaurant has the best authentic Chinese food out there! I would recommend this to everyone. The dim sum is to die for and the rest of the food is amazing as well. Every time I try something new, it tastes incredible! The portions are big and they have reasonable prices. The atmosphere is also very nice and clean. And the service is very helpful and friendly. You should go try it out if you havent!
Great food. Great service. We have been invited for dinner at this restaurant while visiting the Waterloo-Kitchener area. Great food, great selection. We tried several different plates -- the one we liked the most was the lemon chicken; will visit again, certainly.
Service was swift and friendly, food was alright but you can really taste the difference when prepared with less oil (as mentioned on their menu).
Overall a decent spot in town! Delicious and unique albeit not authentic enough as far as I can tell as a Cantonese myself. But still better than quite lots of other Chinese restaurants. They tried to cook in that traditional way but somehow just not quite there yet. We ordered a duck dish which was way too dry. And a traditional dessert (see the pic) that was not even close to being good, if u ever had legit real ones in Canton. However, the steamed chicken with special ginger sauce is very good. Amazing and pretty authentic. The steamed fish is alright. A bit salty and not as...Im so sure personally idk how to cook. But it just still feels not quite there. But again, Im not trying to be picky. Just simply sharing my experience. So yea, delicious but not as authentic (still somewhat authentic just not as good depends on ur expectation). I would say good enough in KW region tho. Just try tuning down the expectation bar. Reasonable pricing and thoughtful service. Would come back for sure.
Ordered for the first time two weeks ago and the staff were SO welcoming and food was great! Its not in a very busy area so this place is basically a hidden gem. Excited to try their dim sum, it looked amazing and very authentic when I went to pick up my food!
