Excellent service. Like that they worked around my schedule. The technician that came out to change my rim to a new one was pleasant and professional. Got factory tyre pressure, and swapped out the rim accessoires from my damaged rim to my new rim
Once you have experienced the service that MTS provides, it is very difficult to go to a regular tire service center again. A bit more money for sure, but it is so well worth it.
Do not get any work done by these people. I had a flat tire in Waterloo so I called them to come out and fix it. Firstly, the guy who came out scratched the crap out of my brand new wheel, I called his manager and they both said "There is no way we did that". They ended up giving me only 15% off which was about $10 off the $100 bill. Secondly, as the guy was putting my lug bolts back in he didn't hand thread any of the bolts, instead used an impact gun! He fully stripped the bolt, which means I now have to replace the entire hub assembly ($850 parts and labor). I have reached out twice on the phone with 2 different managers, provided images of the stripped bolt and threads on the hub and have yet to hear back from anyone. Terrible company, terrible service, I would not trust your car with them AT ALL!
I needed valve replacement on 2 snow tires and then all 4 snow tires put on my car. Very punctual and friendly service. Nkhal was great, communicated what he was doing and was very efficient. This saved us so much time waiting to get them installed elsewhere.
Got in a jam needed my winters on fast. Made an online appt. They came, changed the tires and even fixed my bill because I'd ordered the wrong service which was way more than what I needed. Honesty in a service/company goes a long way.
I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM for a seasonal tire swap and they no showed. They didn't even call to cancel or explain the situation, just didn't show up and left me waiting around. I've used them twice before and it was great but this is unacceptable. Edit: The owner called to apologize and had the tires changed, free of charge. He also called back later in the day to make sure the tires were done and that everything was okay. I used them again the following seasons (November 2024, April 2025, November 2025) and haven't had any issues.
