Very friendly staff
I really dont understand why this Canada Post outlet has such a high rating. I live in the area and rely on the outlet to send large shipments. Every time I have been in waiting in line the staff behind the counter never make eye contact and never offer a courtesy remark indicating that they will be with me in a moment. Instead I wait in line watching as they appear to work on something more important than facing their customer and asking how they could be of help. Its not just one or two staff, it seems to be all of them at this location. Wish they would be more customer friendly. I avoid shipping post whenever possible for such reasons.

Walk in at 8pm with a bunch of packages that just need to be dropped off, staff behind postal counter say "sorry we're closed" I say "you're open till 8pm", they say "it's 8:02pm" you gotta be friggin kidding me .. "ok well can I just leave these packages with you?" Their response = "nope". ... Wow. And talk about rude snotty staff, (actually I think it was shoppers staff, not Canada Post) doesn't matter hopefully we'll have different options in the future. Funny thing is Canada Post is threating strike this week, I noticed this week all my Amazon packages are now being delivered by a private company... What a bunch of losers, if CP just lost their biggest customer they're not gonna need to strike, they need to discuss work force adjustment.
