Courtney is very professional and personable. Dealing with injuries can often be confusing and frustrating; that's not the case with Courtney. She does a great job explaining her prognosis and the treatment she is going to use. She's also great at giving at home stretches that continue to aid my recovery.
I starting seeing Cheryl in 2010 at another clinic in Guelph, where I live. When she told me she was opening Body Tech Physiotherapy in Kitchener, I didn't hesitate to drive an extra 20 minutes to follow her there, rather than see a new physiotherapist. Cheryl is amazing. I just finished having my second major surgery on my right leg and I trust her advice more than some of my doctors. Based on my MRI back in 2012 she made an assumption as to what kind of surgery I would need, what hospital to go to and what doctor to see. 2 surgeries and 4 years later, her assumption was bang on. Not only is she smart, her treatments are tough, precise, and make sense. As an added bonus, she's ALWAYS smiling and laughing. Thank you for everything you do, Cheryl!
BodyTech physio was amazing! I ended up with a really deep blocked duct from breastfeeding, and they were able to unblock it in two sessions via ultrasound. I didnt know ultrasound was an option, and Im so glad my friend told me about it! They got me in right away and I was able to bring my little guy with me to the appointment. I would highly recommend this place to any mama out there with this problem!
Courtney's physio treatments helped me recover from an elbow dislocation really quickly. She is also so delightful and easy to talk to. Everyone I've interacted with at the clinic is super nice and helpful.
Physiotherapist are great, front desk staff need better training on how to use the system. Just spoke with some one telling me they emailed me after an email I sent, asking what my balance would be (after benefits of course). Only to prove they did not, good job. What started this you ask. I provided my insurance benefit details to the front desk staff. First attempt they said numbers must be worng. So my next apt, I brought the print out of the numbers. After a few more appointments Im told still not working. So I log into my benefits take a screen shot or the information and numbers needed. Only to find out now, past the time they apparently need to claim against my insurance. Its still not working. Good thing I found a new place. As when I provided the exact same benefits information to them not a problem at all. If you go make sure thy are able to input your information correctly, so you dont end up owning more then you should. No offer of solution from them on their error, just you need to pay it. Told them will take 6 weeks max to get the money back they will have to wait till then.
