The balloon bouquet we got for our son's birthday was very beautiful and held up in the 30 degree weather. However, I think their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. A balloon shaped like the number "1" is $15! My simple balloon bouquet cost about $75. Something similar in the Bay Area, California (most expensive place in the US) cost us about $30.
I’m a student and came in to buy a card for my co-op placement, and the woman working there was so kind and helpful! She even gave me some free ribbon strings to go with the card, which was such a thoughtful touch. I really appreciated her generosity and how welcoming she was, she even let me use her desk to write the card. It made my day and helped me finish everything in time. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this store for both the products and the amazing service.

Wonderful service - arranged for delivery to friend who wasn't awake and Bina called us both to make sure things worked out and balloons didn't get wrecked because of the cold. Very kind and went above and beyond!! Also very happy with balloon arrangement. Exactly what I was looking for.
