Went to fill my CO2 tank for my aquarium, first time dealing with CO2 and I must say I couldn't have gone to a better place. Andre and Basia were both extremely helpful giving loads of advice. Definitely will be going here again and I highly recommend them.
Absolutely incredible experience at Paintball HQ! My coworkers and I had a blast from start to finish, nonstop action, laughs, and unforgettable team bonding. A huge shoutout to the owner and staff , who made the experience next-level. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone has a great time. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, explained everything , and kept the team hyped up. It was fun but it really hurt when I got shot and they don't give you cloths soo anytime you get shot your cloths get so durty from the paintball the wokers were really mean but I will still give it a 4 stars.
Booked it online, 15 available spots then they said there wasn’t any spots available. You’ll be playing with younger age groups. that not a problem with us since we have kids too. Then move us to a time slot that don’t work for us! Then why book online and ask us for dates and times?????? Waste of time! To whom own this place should check over how book your appointment to accommodate your customers. Very disappointed with your service provided. Danny

Such an amazing experience! We had Basia and she was so kind and a fun instructor. If it's your first time paintballing, definitely do the low impact but it was a great weekend activity and I 100% recommend it!
I my self have known of Paintball HQ for many years, I played back when they first opened and mingled with anyone who came or set up a booth at Big paintball events at fields that don't exist now (flag raiders, flagswipe). ( Crazy Bills, was my home field. Anyone who played back before 2017 understands the shift the sport did and unfortunately those who are brand new to the sport since 2020 or now, it's definitely different then it once was. I've read through the nasty reviews its just a handful of people who don't share the whole story or act as a victim its childish or don't use common sense, ( I speak from many years of experience in the paintball world as a player, ex store owner an assistant of running a field) most of these nasty reviews is likely they were called out for their disrespect ignorance and no regard for safety in person an after being embarrassed they come on here and shit talk. Ive traveled too hundreds of paintball fields between Canada and the USA when I still was involved, any issue I had was resolved in person but 100% of the time amazing time an no grudge. Running a Paintball store/ field is not easy its stressful, frustrating and when it can be super busy and trying to teach safety rules an explain everything to a group of children who are full of energy but can't stay still or adults who think they know better an want to ignore whats being said by usually teenagers or young adults that play an work who are trying their best, its very frustrating, so don't forget we're all human, we have bad days, we expect respect but sometimes shit happens, that's the way life is sometimes. This is a fun safe sport if safety rules are followed, or do research before attending helps as well. The 2 rules if one doesn't remember anything is mask always on on field no excuses, off field barrel cover always on no excuses, of course reminders but common sense should take over after a game or 2. For anyone BRAND NEW to paintball or groups remember you're going to create a memory, have fun take safety serious but just relax, unfortunately covid and other reasons at the same time cause some fantastic fields that held amazing events to close up and it's truly sad that new players won't get to experience them, so support the ones left, they are trying to provide to the weekend players and all of you NEW people, I'm truly happy to see Paintball HQ is surviving and I'd recommend them for indoor play because they are still around and deserve support not rejection, But Paintball has always been a different sport that comes with different people who are very supportive and helpful, if there is a disagreement or misunderstanding remember to be respectful an act like an adult, if not don't be surprised if the mood changes. You are literally shooting each other take the rage to the field an let it out there. The only reviews I listen to is for a bad restaurant or hotel.
