I found a lot of gear here i couldnt find anywhere else including online. Second to that, the staff here are riders and actually enjoy doing this - i got an experience that was more than just a store. Honestly, ill be coming back with my second bike.
The entire staff are a pleasure to do business with. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Very reliable mechanics. They take the time to discuss what ever issue you have with the bike. When you book a time they get you in and out as ap. Unless they have to order and parts are backordered which is beyond their control. Thanks to the entire crew.
My wife and I trailered her newly acquired 650 to Zdeno’s for new tires and safety check. Right from the time we arrived, their staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. They helped unload her bike, got the job done by the end of day as promised, and helped load the bike on the trailer. Thanks to everyone at Zdeno Cycle for an excellent experience! I'm not sure what the people at Zdeno are better at, being knowledgeable, helpful or friendly. They seem to be very good at all of that. Really appreciate the service they provide.
Highly recommend i took awhile to find a shop took it here and will for sure be returning when needed. Staff is very nice and honest with what you need done and when just talking to them along with their prices can’t really beat it. Had tires and a few other small things done and was out in just under a week. Great place and great business!
