Eddy is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has always been honest and will only fix something if it is an issue. He has never tried to oversell- even though it is obvious that I know nothing about cars. I've also been pleasantly surprised by the depth of knowledge he has about my specific car, and how accurate and through his inspections are. Highly recommend. If you are worried about the security of your car in the neighbourhood- don't be. He has a locked fence and cameras. I've never had an issue.
I called the morning of To see if they can install brakes and rotors on my Audi S5, Farrhad answered and told me I can bring it in no issues, he gave me a good , I come up to pick up my car. It is in perfect condition and he even showed me before and after pictures of him cleaning the hubs. Great service great work.
Was in pretty urgent need for an oil change. They were able to take me in pretty much immediately and within half in hour we’re done. Highly recommend: cheap rates, would definitely come again
I had an exhaust leak on my car and was recommended to Eddy’s Auto by a friend. I dropped in and Farhad was able to fix my car in under half an hour, also explaining and showing me what was wrong with my car. Thanks again Farhad and I will definitely return!
Farhad is the only mechanic in Kitchener who knows German cars completely. There was noise coming from my rear break. Before I showed it to Farhad, I showed it to 2 mechanics. They changed some parts but couldn’t fix it. Farhad fix it within 2 hours.
Quick and courteous. I called early afternoon on a Friday to replace an exhaust clamp that popped off at lunch and they got me in and out before 4pm without an appointment.
As always, I can't say anything but nice things about Farhad the owner and his family. Fantastic and honest auto shop. Farhad is a very good friend to me.
