Dont bother calling about excess noise complaints....they will tell you to call WRPS. When you call WRPS they say they will call bylaw to look into it...
Parking bylaw always take multiple hours and I mean multiple I have been waiting on the for over 6 hrs
I've called multiple times about a car that parks in front of my house for 9 hours a day everyday City by law says three hours is the maximum I called them almost every other day they do nothing but tell me I need to call the office and speak to someone at the office. What is the point of having by law when it's not upheld or enforced?
Four stars because if you get this many one star ratings then you are clearly doing your jobs. Please continue to fix people's entitlement issues when it comes to parking/smoking.
All they want is money. Lol i was parked in a area which the owner of a local store said i could park because he owned the property and some of the parking lot. When i go outside to leave i have a parking ticket along with the owner of the place. Like what are you guys doing? Plus dont tell me im wrong because i have proof with pics alongside with the owners anti theft cam video that is placed alongside the lot.
