I had 3 quick landlord-tenant questions. Spoke to Emma and she basically said 'get this form, get that form, proceed thusly'. It was a 5 minute phone call, I offered to pay an invoice (I figured a one hour minimum was reasonable), she dismissed it. Call me impressed.
NO FOLLOW UP! ABSOLUTLY NO HELP WITH A TENNANT VS LANDLORD BECAUSE THEY ONLY HELP LANDLORDS WITH TENNANTS!! WAS TOLD TO EXPECT A FOLLOW UP -ONE WEEK AGO! NOW I STANT TO LOSE MY CASE!!!
Not helpful. Wouldn't even tell me if I had a case without $300.00. Kept refering me to legal aid. Not personal injury so no money to be made so good luck basically.
