It was an interesting experience to say the least. The whole thing took about 36 business days. They will tell you it will only take a couple of weeks. The reality is it took about 6-7 weeks. The communication is lack luster. There can be weeks without a response. The contractors they hire aren't very good, they will show up 4-8 hours late, do a mediocre job. I actually had to help carry in and install the countertop which is insane. For such a large piece they should have had multiple people. Not to mention they showed up at 9pm , originally quoted to be there for 2-4. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The office staff is nice but the price and service is something else.
Not sure about the quality of work. We went in person and discussed what we needed for our kitchen, sent the detailed dimensions, they said they will provide quote in couple of days. I waited for a week and then called. They said just finishing up with some pricing. I waited one more week, sent a reminder email. Still no response. Not sure if they are really busy or ignoring us.
Choice Cabinet Canada were an amazing group to work with. Mark, Jeff and Bailey were able to take my ideas, and combined them with their ideas to build and designed my dream kitchen. In particular, Ashley helped us to design our cabinets and countertop, patiently answered all of our questions, and resolved any small issues that came up quickly and efficiently! I only have one photo available to share right now, but in addition to what is seen here, we have increased storage capacity, functionality, and everything looks much fresher and more modern. I love the large kitchen island with quartz countertop!
