Excellent customer service and prices
Steer clear of this place. I believe the "Good" reviews are from their friends. I have been with them for a very long time and I have NEVER had a good experience with them. If you need insurance by Tuesday, you will receive it Thursday. If they say they will send in a cancellation to your previous insurance, they wont. If they say they will mail you a slip, they don't. They do not keep their word, and value their LUNCH TIME over dealing with accidents and claims. I dont know how many times they have told me that they will call me right back, then 2 hours later I have to call them and they tell me, sorry I was on lunch...I'll say it again....STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.. I m still with them because of convenience.. 0 stars
Couldn't find an email address on their website, so I can summit my information for a request for home, comm and auto insurance. Because of that, I moved on to another. Sometimes just a simple info@ will gain you business....
Thought I had already put how much I hate this company on here. Apparently not. This is the WORST insurance broker out there. I am not going to give specific examples because there are far too many. But, it's nearly impossible to get them on the phone, don't seem to care about the customer at all. Last but certainly not least, they are horrible liars, and will rob you blind if you're not careful. All in all be very careful choosing this broker, it could be a costly mistake! Not to mention the stress of feeling like your insurance company doesn't care about you at all. I promise I wouldn't send my worst enemy here I really wouldn't. God awful is a grave understatement for this company.
