We met with Kevin twice and he was amazing both times. At a fairly set budget he showed us what was available at that time. When we returned the second time he was wonderful once again. He showed us some new tubs that were now close to our budget...but in the end we decided on a refurbished one that he gave us an amazing deal on! Our purchase of our beautiful hot tub was a very positive experience from the moment we walked into the arena in Mississauga where there was a big sale. We dealt with a wonderful salesman named Dean and he made our decision so easy with all the wonderful benefits from the hot tub. The delivery was so smooth with the 3 wonderful young men that were so kind and polite. I called premium wholesale to ask about the first set up of the hot tub and spoke to Kevin , a salesman that explained to me step by step and made it so easy for us that we were even able to use the tub the same night with our friends.
