Professional, compassionate and a lady that has lots of experience and knows how to cut hair. I was impressed and grateful for her services. Salon is bright and cheerful. Prices are great. Got an appointment right away.
Completely messed up my daughters hair. When I went in my daughter Mary completely agreed to what my daughter had in mind for her hair. When I left she barely spoke to my daughter and what she was doing with her hair. As well as sent my daughter home with WET HAIR!! After she cut it!! She left me daughter with hair that was WAY shorts then she wanted, fried as well as BLUE hair! I called and spoke to her on the phone and came in to see her she refused to fix the damage she caused to her hair or get any sort of refund. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Do NOT recommend!!!
Amazing, just amazing. Had a cut a partial highlight and the results were perfect, easily the best cut and colour experience I've ever had. It's been a few weeks so I don't remember my stylist's name but she was wonderful. She was very friendly and worked hard to make sure my service was perfect. The atmosphere of the salon is cozy and inviting without being cramped.
Mary, the owner, has been in the business for more than 30 years. She recently changed her business from a retail location to a home location. She and Debbie are available to make you look great. Many cuts, perms, styles offered. The newly renovated garage is now a quaint hairstylist business for the 2. I've had my hair washed, cut, and sometimes highlighted by Mary many times. I would go there again....and I have been since I moved to KW Forest Hill area in 1998. Prices are reasonable. Will go back
