I've been to lots of different golf towns, and this is the best one by far. They have a fantastic selection, and very nice staff, especially Miguel! Their pro shop is efficient & helpful! Go to golf town for sure! David
This golf town isn’t that great, they have a good amount of variety but the staff are the main issue, they are all very cold and when asking them questions it seems like you are bothering them. The GolfTown on the other side of town has a much nicer layout as well as extremely friendly staff. I had an iron head reattached and when I came back a couple days later they lost my club and took almost an hour to find it. Just seems unorganized and unwelcoming unfortunately.
Hello golf town team, I just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Miguel at the Kitchener Ontario, fairway location. I bought some new spikes for a pair of golf shoes. Miguel gave me an awesome recommendation. he took the time to explain how to change them with the tool it cane with and gave me a live tutorial ( very well knowing I would have YouTubed it when I got home) he was soft spoken, kind and his communication skills were above and beyond. Being a new golfer and not knowing what to expect or how to ask certain questions clearly. He took the time to listen, make suggestions in a non pushy way. He asked what my name was, shook my hand and said if there is anything else, to ask away. The customer service I got from him blew me away and was above and beyond.
The service and professional is excellent. No high pressure sales. The staff, especially Joe Svabsky, are outstanding. They will make sure that you will leave the store with the right equipment for your level of play.
Had a gapping analysis with Matt at this location. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, not salesy at all. Have a much better understanding of my bag. They even found ways to save me money on the purchase. Great experience.
They have a fantastic kid named Ashlynn , she should be the Manager of this store . Amazing service , extraordinary compared to other guys including the actual manager . She saved the day on my case . Great job , not the manager Ashlynn
Great selection of outdoor sportswear. I don't even golf. Went in to buy a Christmas present for a male relative. Lots of great options and sizes. The store was clean and well laid out. Cute holiday themed decor and items for purchase. Excellent customer service.
