They do not have public washroom .......probably is the only one in Ontario or even worst ...in Canada; I never ever had this surprise in Canada; very annoying PRE PAID signs at some pumps....how do I know how much cost to make my tank full?
Recently modernized pumps, but still lacking the SpeedPass feature and The Price Privileges connection (based on my experience). The prices are the best in town though - always. When I can that's where I buy my gas.
I recently started getting gas here and its been consistently the cheapest in the area. I also have been enjoying the reward program and find it to work well for me. Plus Extra PC points for using a PC MasterCard to pay!
No car wash here. There is a brush type car wash and it does a great job further west on highland. Have been there several times. This station often has good prices.
The absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had!!! I walked into the store (Highland convenience store) to pay for my #ESSO gas and an employee shouted at me to get lost out of the store because I only had change to pay with and they had to count it out. I barely made it to the gas station after picking up my daughter from school and only had change in the van because I forgot my purse at home. He told me not to come in with change during a busy time and I told him that is all I have to pay with and I can only pay with what I have and he started screaming at me to get out of the store and to get lost 3 times in front of other customers embarrassing myself and making my daughter cry because she heard him from outside. I was not rude in the slightest and another customer told him to calm down. Money is money. I am usually a customer at this gas station and store as I live in the area but I will NEVER bring my business there again. There was no reason for that man to act like that and if he is the manager that is horrible behaviour and he should be ashamed of himself!
