Absolutely stunning location for a special event. Recently attended a wedding here - was my first time at the venue - was shocked to discover such a gem hidden in Kitchener - feels like you are somewhere in Europe!
It was a beautiful venue and the staff was amazing aswell. Everything was phenomenally maintained, to the pond, to the inbuilt decor and the architecture itself. If not for a event, I would go to see the workmanship of whoever built the place.
I chose this venue for my proposal, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Wendy and her team went above and beyond to connect me with top-notch vendors who brought my vision to life. Their flexibility in accommodating last-minute changes made the entire process stress-free. Everything ran seamlessly, and I have nothing but praise for the exceptional management. On top of that, the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend!
We recently hosted our annual Chef's Dinner in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities at Hacienda Sereda. I can not say enough about how great Wendy was to deal with! No request was too much, the facility is spectacular and the support we received from their whole management team was amazing and so heartwarming!!! We are looking forward to working with them once again when we start to plan our 2025 dinner!
Hacienda Sereda is stunning, but the service from Wendy was incredibly disappointing. When we arrived on time for our appointment to view the venue, we wandered around both inside and outside wondering where she was — it seemed like she wasn’t expecting us at all. We tried multiple times to finalize details for our wedding, but Wendy never returned our calls. Despite her emails apologizing and promising to call back, she never followed through, claiming she was "too busy." This kind of behaviour is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I can’t recommend this venue, as I wouldn’t entrust my life savings to a place managed by someone who fails at even the most basic level of communication.
