Very disappointing experience with Xyan International. I booked and paid for IELTS General, but they mistakenly registered me for IELTS Academic. Even though this was clearly their error, they refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only a partial refund. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had my IELTS General Training exam at Xyna International yesterday and it was an excellent experience. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Special thanks to shradhdha , who handled the formalities like signatures and paperwork – she was extremely polite and made students feel very comfortable, which helped reduce exam stress. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and highly recommend Xyna International to anyone planning to take the IELTS exam.
Overall test was ok. The person who conducted speaking test, was extremely rude and made faces to every answer which demotivates you extremely. DONT BOOK YOUR EXAM HERE. The person is responsible for judging the exam neutrally not to put someone’s morale down!
Overall, my experience was worst here because, my exam was on 26 August 2025 in Kitchner and was computer-based but still, I have not received my result to get it I have to visit them again and again. It feels like harassing as my time is passing by and is making difficult for me . They told me that they can not help me as the result is not in there hands and not even forward the email sent by them to inspection team so how will I get to know wether they have sent them the email or not.
I went there for my computer based ielts test and I have never seen a more welcoming staff. Kudos to Shraddha and the team. A two people army managing an entire ielts centre is a great feat and shows how wonderful their managing skills are. Loved being there! Thanks a lot Shraddha and Gursimar! Keep up the good work ?
