I ordered Funko Pops online. They emailed me with pictures to let me know there was some minor damage to the box and it was the last one they had. Switched it out for another one without hesitation. Great customer service, as long as the kids are still into Funko Pops this is my go to place! Highly recommended.
I've passed by this place many times but haven't gone in, but I spoke with Dan on the phone to ask a few questions and he couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! He gave me great advice and was super cheerful. Now I'm definitely gonna stop in to take a look around when I have the chance--thanks Dan! :)
Our family has been coming to this store for years. Owner is so polite and takes the time to educate on the many collectibles/franchises. They ship, large inventory of POP collectibles, NO Pokémon Cards, WWE, and so many others.
B&K is the only store in the GTA where I found the special edition Eren Jaeger, and their prices are honestly some of the lowest I’ve seen. Dan was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. The only downside is that the store’s a bit far from my city, but it was absolutely worth the trip. You can tell they’re really here for the culture and the people. Thanks again — hope to do more business in the future! ?

I reached out to B&K last month hoping to acquire an AEW title belt. They didn't have it. BUT, they were able to get it for me. The turnaround time worked for my needs. AND, I was even able to pick it up after they were broken into. They would've been forgiven for being closed that day. But, the role that this belt (which is on my shoulder as I type this) played in my involvement in the '25 Ontario election will never be forgotten. The belt was seen on the local TV news. And, my picture with the belt made it in the local paper, too. Thank B&K!
