Got my used subwoofer and amp installed at auto concepts. They were super helpful and did an incredible job some places wouldn’t even bother touching the stuff because it was used, but they got the job done and I couldn’t ask for a better result. If you are looking to get anything audio related done on your car, I highly recommend auto concepts. I will be back for other upgrades in the future.
Friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Not pushy. I got a remote starter that works with a phone app that I do not need to pay a subscription for. Also they installed a dash cam I bought from Amazon.
Brought in our 14 Ford Fusion as we had a static sound on the front driver side. I was called within a couple hours and they told us it was the speaker on the driver door had been blown. Pricing was given and within one and a half hours the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Pricing was so reasonable anytime I have an issue again I will be reaching out to these guys to help out!
Auto concept helped me installed my thinkware q200 in my Subaru crosstrek. It took about 2 hrs. The result is exactly what I want. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to my friend!

Worst customer service experience. Make sure you get everything on paper whatever shop owner is promising you regarding their services before you pay him because he has some issue with his memory power. He simply cant remember his service commitment once you pay and left the shop. Beware
