My first time going to any Genesis Dealership. I just purchased a 2020 Genesis G70. I wanted to get the car check over 200%. Well let me tell yeah, I had a pleasure of talking to Adam. But the star of the show would be Chris! From the moment I wanted in, I was greeted with a hand shake and a nice overall talk about the car and it's issues that they would look at. They sent me home with a courtesy vehicle. My appointment was at 8am and I was home by 830am. They told me the car would be done end of day. And it was perfectly done on time . ? Much better than brampton genesis. Do not shop in brampton. Chris and Adam in the service department have been picking up the slack for genesis brampton.
Try calling parts department! No one answers the phone I called from 8am-11am. Service yes they answered but Adam had no clue what a diagram was... really? Yikes. I only imagine how much business this dealership misses out on.-
