Extremely unprofessional service from an employee named Vishwanath. He claimed to be the manager, but his behaviour was rude, aggressive, and borderline threatening. This kind of attitude creates a very unsafe and uncomfortable environment for customers. Management needs to address this issue urgently.
Staff was helpful, took time to show the various hitch bike racks. I needed to try myself how to get my e-bike on the bike rack. They helped us installing the bike rack then another test taking the bike off the rack. Great place with competitive prices for bike racks.

Attentive guys, but lacking installation experience with their products, I went to this location to purchase and install a hitch for a Honda crv (They inform me that the installation would take 2 hours) After waiting three hours, one of the guys informed me that there was a problem; they could not complete the job because none of the hitches they have in stock did not fit my car's trim. I still don't understand how they needed so much time to realize that. What a wasted time.
Knowledgeable staff, product was in-stock and pricing matched the vendors (Thule) sale prices without having to pay a $175 delivery charge. The team in Kitchener also helped install on the car for no additional charge.
My boyfriend and I both recently bought new cars, and we were looking for more information on purchasing roof racks because we do a lot of camping and road tripping! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, maintaining a professional attitude! They pointed us in the right direction for both our car models and gave us both information and options on more affordable or more expensive options, as well as the pros and “cons”. The staff member sent us home with an information sheet for each of us with the racks we both decided on and told us to bring the papers back at a later date when we are ready to purchase! I am extremely pleased with our experience, and we will absolutely be purchasing both our racks from them after such a good experience! Keep up the amazing work!
